Why Arbitrate?
In some cases, arbitration may be the only way to render a favorable resolution for either party to a dispute.

Arbitration is an alternative to litigation that offers the following advantages:

  • Lower costs
  • Arbitrated solutions can be reached more quickly
  • Arbitration can offer more privacy
  • Friendlier than litigation
  • Allows for more creative solutions than the courts may offer
  • Less pressure and stress on already conflicted parties
  • Litigants may 'dig in', making resolution more difficult.
  • Better control of a mutually positive outcome
  • A possibly better forum to explore all the issues
  • It's voluntary or by prior agreement
  • the private quality of mediation?
  • Focused on solving the problem
  • Offers a more permanent agreement
  • Focused on a "win-win" resolutions
